David is an engaging consultant, master facilitator, executive coach, speaker and author. What sets David apart is his authentic style of presenting his inspirational and practical material aimed toward stepping groups away from problem-oriented approaches. David’s passion lays in supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in making conscious shifts toward leading and working from an outcome-focused orientation.

Donna Zajonc, PCC – Director of Coaching and Practitioner Services
In addition to being a Professional Certified Coach, Donna received a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Missouri, and specialized in mental health nursing before turning to public health policy and leadership development.  Donna served three terms in the Oregon Legislature and is author of The Politics of Hope: Reviving the Dream of Democrac. A full-time professional coach for many years, Donna collaborates with David Emerald, author of The Power of TED* as both wife and business partner.

Bert Parlee. Ph.D. – Principal
Bert is a licensed clinical psychologist, executive coach, leadership facilitator and mediator. He works for STAGEN in Dallas, and also consults with several other organizations focusing on executive team alignment, and helping organizations have “difficult conversations.” Bert regularly hears from clients–ranging from struggling teens to challenged CEOs– that the Empowerment Dynamic affords the most significant unlocking energy to stuck systems.

Kathy Haskin – Executive Assistant par excellence
Kathy joined the TED* Team after a career in education, with experience as an environmental education curriculum specialist, writer, editor, community event coordinator and campus administrator.  A mother of three teenagers, Kathy has jumped heart and soul into The Power of TED* supporting the business’ administrative tasks, as well as authoring articles on a variety of TED* topics from parenting to the environment.

Debbie Hulbert – Creator of Web & Design
Debbie’s path began with studies in anthropology and sociology, but she also brings a full range of tech and design abilities to the TED* Team. From writing code to applying strategic thinking in the development process, Debbie honed her skills and insights in internet design and development while leading large international web marketing teams. After a personal shift, Debbie’s passion now lies with helping “small organizations doing great work” to succeed online.
