Alicia brings a strong background in customer service, event management, and creative design to the team. One of her key strengths is streamlining work processes and procedures to improve customer service, efficiency, and the bottom line.

In January 2022, Alicia became a Certified Scrum Master, adding another dimension to her ability to manage projects, collaborate with teams, and bring ideas from concept to completion. While versed in marketing, logistics, and design, her real passion is seeing all the parts come together in a cohesive and meaningful way.

Alicia has also branched out as an entrepreneur, founding Momster Creations, a custom design and printing business specializing in personalized apparel and other merchandise. Through Momster Creations, she combines her love of creativity and design with her skills in project management, customer service, and attention to detail—bringing each customer’s vision to life.
